The Prime Unique Women Initiative has extend its support programme to widows of Suleija Community, Niger State.
The President of Prime Unique Women Initiative, Dr. Folake Yobah, yesterday, at the two day outreach programme, said the organization is willing to empower women in Suleija and ensure they enjoy adequate support from the organization.
Yobah said: "We intend to do quite a number of things in partnership with the Chairman of Suleja and especially empower women and widows in Suleja. We will give free medical check up for the widow" Yobah assured the community no woman go to bed hungry.
She further said apart from trainings PUWI will empower widows to be financially independent.

Also speaking at the event was PUWI Director of operations, Charles Eloma, who said the outreach was part of the organization's tradition to put a smile on people's face during the yuletide season. Eloma said "this outreach is part of our yearly December tradition and we have selected 100 most vulnerable of widows this year to put smiles on their faces"
The beneficiaries at the event expressed appreciation for the gifts and thanked the organization for reaching out to widows in Suleija.
